Direct billing (WV TAF) No longer Available on Amtrak effective 8/12/16


We have just been notified that Amtrak has made the decision to move to “e-ticketing” and will no longer support paper tickets.  As a result of this “enhancement”, all Amtrak tickets will now need to be charged to a credit card.  The “WVTAF” form of payment will no longer be possible.  For information on obtaining a corporate card, please check the Card Services Website - http://cardservices.harvard.edu/home

Important information regarding ShuttlePro! Changes effective 10/17/15

As a result of the American Airlines/US Airways merger, the USAirways ShuttlePro Program is being discontinued effective 10/17/15.  American Airlines is working on a mobile application that will replace the ShuttlePro program.  American is hoping this application will be available in early 2016.  However, until the app is available, you will need to purchase your Shuttle Tickets using one of Harvard’s preferred Travel Agencies to receive our discounted Shuttle pricing.  We will let you know when the app is available for use.
